Submitting Your Syllabus

Instructional Faculty:
Before the start of the semester, you must share your syllabus with the Lifelong Learning team by completing a form sent to you with your Course Confirmation.

Lab Faculty:
Before the start of the semester, you must share your syllabus (based on the appropriate Lab syllabus template) via the Lab Syllabus Submission Form.

Your syllabus must…

  • be a Google Doc
  • use the required template
  • be posted in Moodle

As we anticipate changes in the syllabus between when you share it with us and after meeting with your students, it makes sense to use a dynamic document that automatically updates so we and your students always have quick access to the latest version. 

When you open the template, you can make a copy by going to the File Menu (upper left corner), and selecting “Make a Copy”.  Rename it with your course ID and title as well as name and semester.
